1. E-waste Disposal Management:

Our Goal

Capture and sort at least 15% of additional e-waste materials and transfer them to our recycling partner for safe disposal every for the fiscal year FY24 across all our offices in Kenya. This will increasingly reduce the impact our operations have on the environment resulting in a sustainable ecosystem 

 

 

2. Operational efficiency 

 

Our Goal 

 

By enabling hybrid work, we reduce our carbon footprint as an organization for the fiscal year FY24 by 20%. This is to ensure at most only 85% of staff physically report to the office thus reducing pollution through vehicular transportation, power usage, HVAC utilization and other office facilities that actively pollute the environment.

3. Wildlife Conservation and Habitat Protection:  

 

Our Goal  

​

Annually partner with the Rhino Ark conversation by the end of May of every year through the Rhino Charge drive
in preserving the natural habitats; high impact forests, water catchment areas and endangered species to have a long-term sustainable Carbon
reselince ecosystem by reducing the carbon footprint by at least 10%
